Here at Conch Charters we don't only sail boats Andrew is also an accomplished athlete.
He completed a Sprint Triathlon in 1 hour 25 minutes on 10 February, beating his personal best by 10 minutes.

A sprint Triathlon is a 1km swim followed by a 20km cycle finishing up with a 5km run so in the picture Andrew is on the home stretch!!
Did you know
The Melges 32 kicked off their VI 2013 Virgin Islands Sailing Series at YCCS (Yacht Club Costa Smelda) in North Sound last week.
The racing took place over 4 days from Thursday 21 to Sunday 28 February. There were 9 international teams competiting.
On both Saturday and Sunday the races took place in the Sound so if you were in that area you would have seen some fantastic fast spinnakerruns.

Conch Swash Buckler
1 1/2 oz Conch Superior Rum bottle with each charter
1 split of champagne
Juice of 1 whole lime
1 teaspoon of sugar
Add rum, lime juice and sugar to cocktail shaker and shake until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour into a tumbler of ice and slowly add the champagne.
