Happy New Year
From Conch Charters
We hope you all had a great Festive Season and have started making your plans for this year’s holidays.
The BVI’s welcomed the New Year in style as per usual with fireworks at Trellis Bay and live music all around the islands including the world renowned Foxys. The quiet and slow start to January 1st is always a great testament to a good send off to 2014.
Conch Charters has a new addition to its team this year. We would like to introduce you to Ian, our newby in the office. Ian has spent 18 years in the islands and has oodles of information to offer you.
So, that being said… Its a New Year… time to get yourself down to the British Virgin Islands mon!
Captain Conch’s Law of the Sea!
Ever since man made a dug out canoe, it has happened that as soon as he made it big enough for two people, he started having crew problems! The trick is… always have plenty of Conch’s Conch-coction to pass around!
Conch’s Activity of the Month
Cooper Island Beach Club is based in Manchioneel Bay on Cooper Island and is home to some of the most beautiful snorkeling and marine life around the islands, not to mention an awesome sunset!
Sail Caribbean Divers has a satellite station located next to the boutique for your watersports pleasure.
After a day of water and play, the next step is to sample some of the restaurant’s amazing cuisine. Their international and Caribbean style menu includes their home grown produce to enhance real Caribbean flavours. I highly recommend the ‘Homemade Conch Fritters’, they are yummy!
