In English Pubs and Taverns of the seventeenth century bartenders would keep a watch on the alcohol consumption of the patrons: keeping an eye on the pints and quarts that were consumed.
As a reminder to the patrons the bartender would recommed they “mind their Ps and Qs”.

Conch-coction
The Pink Conch Shell
2 1/2 oz Conch Superior Rum
1 1/2 oz Coco Lopez
1/2 oz Grenadine
1 oz Amaretto
2 oz Pineapple juice
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until fully mixed.
Pour into a highball glass of ice and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
