Saba 50 – Performance

 

Soleil Rae is elegant under sail, with performance built into her DNA. From the sleek lines to the comfort at sea and at anchor, she’s designed to be both capable and easy to handle. Crew can move safely between the cockpit, helm station, and lounge deck without interruption, keeping everyone connected.

The hulls have a fine entry for speed, while fixed keels help her point to weather. Sailing is simplified with 1 electric winch, a foot switch for the windlass, and dual chart plotters & radar (one at the helm and one at the nav station). The helm features a double seat with all controls within easy reach. Winches are set forward, so sail handling never gets in the helmsman’s way. And if you’re sailing short-handed, the autopilot is your best mate.

Life aboard Soleil Rae is all about comfort. She’s fully air-conditioned with generator, and her bright, airy spaces are loaded with smart storage. The 4 Double Cabins and 1 Super Single Cabin each feature private washrooms with electric heads, individual AC controls, and flexible lighting.

The galley rivals any home kitchen, with a large double-drawer stainless fridge, extra fridge and cockpit fridge, 4-burner stove, counter-level oven, and a microwave. A central island lets multiple chefs join in, and the pass-through sliding window makes serving straight to the cockpit a breeze.

Soleil Rae’s deck is designed with three distinct social zones, so everyone can find their spot.

  • Bow Lounge: A civilized nook with lounges, settees, and a cocktail table for eight. Perfect for sundowners in the shade or trampoline lounging with a super-yacht vibe.
  • Aft Cockpit: Steps up from the swim platforms, featuring a dining table for six (extendable to seat ten), plus a comfy starboard lounge. A hardtop roof offers shade while still letting in the sun at the transom seat.
  • Flybridge: Three sun lounges and a settee for six, all with panoramic views. The helm is set slightly apart, so you can chat with the captain without crowding the workspace.
