At Conch Charters, we make booking your dream yacht getaway as smooth as sailing in the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Here’s everything you need to know to secure your charter.

 

 


Step 1: Request a Complimentary Hold

Once you’ve chosen the yacht and dates that work for you, we’ll place a free, no-obligation hold while you finalize your plans. This hold lasts 72 hours. It gives you time to book your flights or wrangle your crew.

Step 2: Confirm Your Booking

 

To officially lock in your reservation, we’ll need:

  • A signed charter contract
  • A deposit, based on your total charter cost:

$4,000 – $6,999 $2,000
$7,000 – $9,999 $3,000
Over $10,000 $5,000

 

Optional Cancellation Plan: Add $200 to your deposit to include our Optional Cancellation Plan


Optional Cancellation Plan ($200)

 

This plan gives you added flexibility if your plans change. Here’s what you’re covered for:

Days Before Charter Refund Option Reschedule Option
90+ days Full refund 100% credit toward a new charter (within 18 months)
89 – 60 days 50% refund 100% credit toward a new charter (within 18 months)
59 – 45 days No refund 50% credit toward a new charter (within 18 months)
Less than 44 days No refund No reschedule

 

Good to know:

  • The plan is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • It can only be used once per charter
  • Credit card and wire fees are not refundable
  • Rescheduled charters are final and not eligible for another cancellation plan

 

 


Step 3: Make Your Payment

 

Deposit Payment Due: Within 2 days of making your reservation and receiving the contract.
Final Balance Due: 60 days before your charter begins.

  • Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard – 3% surcharge)
  • Wire or ACH transfer (no fee for deposit payments)

Final Balance Payments:

  • Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard - 3% surcharge)
  • Wire or ACH transfer (add $30 fee)
  • US Personal or Bank Cheque (USD only – mailed 2 weeks in advance)

Cancellation Policy

Once booked and the deposit is paid, your charter is non-refundable, unless you've opted into our cancellation plan.

If payment deadlines are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
