The Optional Conch Charters Cancellation Plan
Here's a breakdown of our cancellation policy.
The Optional Conch Charters Cancellation Plan must be purchased at the time of booking.
Up to 90 days prior to charter start

Refund Option: Full refund of the charter fee paid with no charges.

Reschedule Option: Charter fee paid will be held on account and applied to a new charter, of equivalent or greater value, within 18 months.
89 – 60 days prior to charter start

Refund Option: Refund 50% of the charter fee paid.

Reschedule Option: Charter fee paid will be held on account and applied to a new charter, of equivalent or greater value, within 18 months.
59 – 45 days prior to charter start

Refund Option: No refund

Reschedule Option: 50% of charter fee paid will be held on account and applied to a new charter, of the same value or more, within 18 months.
Less than 44 days prior to charter start

Refund Option: No refund.

Reschedule Option: No reschedule
The Optional Cancellation Plan once purchased is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refund and reschedule options are only valid if the contracted payment terms are adhered to, where the final balance is paid within 45 days of charter start.
If you decide not to purchase the Optional Conch Charters Cancellation Plan, payment for the charter is non-refundable once your boat is booked and the deposit has been received.
This is not travel insurance. Please purchase travel insurance to ensure your entire trip is covered for any reason.
