Location: Tortola, British Virgin Islands
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
This role is ideal for someone with experience around sailing yachts. You’ll prep yachts for charters, deliver briefings, maneuver boats, and carry out repairs.

- Troubleshoot and maintain onboard systems
- Deliver guest briefings and support turnarounds

Sales Associate – Yacht Charter Sales & Marketing
Location: Tortola, BVI
Combine your passion for sailing with your people skills! You’ll sell charters, create marketing content, and ensure guests have the trip of a lifetime.
- Sell yacht vacations to international clients
- Create content and promote our fleet
- First point of contact for guests
- Ideal for those with charter, travel, or marina experience
Charter Coordinator – Operations & Fleet Support
Location: Tortola, BVI
This hybrid role involves yacht maintenance oversight, owner liaison, and operational support. Great for mechanically minded, organized team players.
- Supervise repairs and track fleet condition
- Coordinate with owners and manage insurance tasks
- Utilize Excel and organizational skills
- Perfect for ex-skippers, engineers, or flotilla leaders
